Wrong sim card provided

Hi there
I ordered and received a new phone last week. The Blackbery 9320.
I received a micro sim card with the phone but this is not compatible with that phone. It does not register there is a sim card in it when it's inserted.
I did query this with your call centre and they confirmed this.
Why did I get sent a micro sim card for the phone?
Please send me a new sim card immediately.
