Illing gone wrong so it is my fault

I had on my bank account which I informed Vodacom about "No I didn't - according to your consultant". I tried to get my debit order moved when I informed you guys about this. it was to late to do so. on the 9th Jan I call some number to arrange the debit order, I followed the voice prompts and set my debit order to the 15th Jan " No I didn't - according to your consultant" I somehow arranged to make a cash payment, that is why my debit order did not come off on the 15th, now have and extra penalty that I need to pay, I must have been dreaming when I selected to re debit my account. wow, I cant believe that after maybe 9years of being a client to Vodacom I am thinking of leaving. if I'm wrong, I'm wrong and i pay. I'm not wrong this time. Vodacom, sadly you guys have really let me down.
