Server broken & not coming back to me in 2weeks!

I got a server that I was gonna use for development, but I got it a bit too early as we put our project on hold. Afrihost doesn't have an option to put server on hold, I actually have to cancel and apply over again when I'm ready. I didn't cancel my account as I thought we would start soon again but never did.

So I haven't logged-in on that server in 2months, but when I wanted to, it denied access, so I pinged the domain and IP and the server was just down? So I went onto Afrihost's website and started a live chat, spoke to Eugene and held on for 2hours and I said I can't wait any longer please email me and just never got any email from them! I went onto that chat again, and couldn't get hold of anyone and left a message. They replied via email the next dat and I explained my situation and never heard back from them again in few days.

In total it has been 2weeks and my server is still down, I haven't logged-in in 2months which is R2000 to waste, now I paid for November and my server isn't even working?? I canceled this server due to VERY BAD SERVICE and now I have to pay another R1000 in Dec for a notice? We are currently at R4000 for simply NOTHING!!
