Good Day

So I have been a long time Samsung Galaxy fan. Last week, i plugged in my Samsung galaxy S4 to charge, after a while i went to look at my e-mails and the phone was dead. Didn't want to switch on or charge at all.
I took the phone to the Vodacom Store in brooklyn Mall Pretoria and asked them to see what's the problem.
They say the main board on my phone is burnt and i have to pay R3200 for the repairs.

I have had a contract with vodacom for years, this year my bill was R2000-R2700 a month.
I have not defaulted on payments and now i get told to pay for this problem that is not even mine.
This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. I am Seriously considering on never using vodacom ever again.

They say a power surge damaged the phone, HOW on Earth does one know when a power surge is coming and that you have to pay for those damages. SERiously.

Guys, Don't Get a contract with vodacom, because when you pay everything is good, but when hits the fan, they don't even give you a replacement phone while you waiting for yours.
