Losing money on a cancelled contract

I went to Telkom Mobile in Menlyn 31/08/13 to cancel my 8ta contract that expired on 19/09/13. Sbulele helped me to full in the cancellation form, and also advice me that 8ta will debit my account with the last payment at the end of Sept. Which I did understand, and the debit went through. 8ta did then again for some unexplainable reason debit my account end of Oct. I phone customer care 31/10 and talked to Mbali, she couldn't tell me why and said someone will call me with feedback. Today after a week I phone again, talk to a lady who can't even spell her name, and then she placed me on hold for about 5min to find out why they debit my account, she then told me she will send a mail to their manager, I will get feedback. This afternoon after no feedback I phoned again and talked to Thokozane, which then also putt me on hold, she then also told me that she will send a mail to their managers, I have to wait for feedback. After a week no feedback and still payed for a cancelled contract!!! How do this work??? Do managers that the mails send to really exist, if so please proof it. WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK OR DO WE STILL PAY FOR CANCELLED CONTRACTS???
