Hey there,
on Friday our entire area lost all internet access as well as telephone service via cable. We reported the fault that Friday morning (8 November). On Monday i followed up with Telkom and the call centre lady told us its related to " equipment damage", now is that the same as cable or is it something different??? Wednesday (13 November) i phoned again to get a progress report on the fault. All i was told this time was that it is cable and theres no time frame available. Our entire Kloofsig area has been without telephone and internet service for 7 days now.
Last yea we had problems for almost a month, and still we pay them for this service. How do you trust them doing their job if they cant even give a progress report after a week
