I have a contract with mtn since 2010 but this time I have a big problem because I took a Blackberry 9320 to continue with their good service, so I thought. This was last year October. But before October this year, one day when I was walking, my phone rang, and when I answer, the button was stuck and the phone kept ringing. The only button that was working was the one to hang up. I tried to check other button, some were working and some were not. I took my phone back to Lambton MTN. It stayed there for 3three weeks. To my surprised, they called and me and told me it is liquid damaged and I have to take it and fix it myself, meaning, I can take it to anybody who can fix it since it is stated in the contract that they are not responsible for the liquid damage. I told them I never exposed my phone to the rain, or fall into the water or even take it to the bathroom. And they told me I must have spoken too long on the phone and the sweat might have damaged it. That was not reason enough for me because I thought I can speak on my phone as much as I wanted to. How do I continue paying for the phone that took less than a year while it was supposed to be used for 2years. Please help me
