Hi am tsakane betty mahlahlane, i've bought a black berry phone 9320 on december 2013 on a contract base, since may the phone was having a problem with button, one button wil not work for few days it will be fine then the other will experience the same problem, until some were july were the zero button, del button and a was not working, so it was giving me problems cause i couldn't be able to enter my pin number as it starts with zero, on wednesday the 31 july i took my phone to vodacon shop were i bought it, they refer me to schoeman and dutoit, when i get there they took all the details and told me they will assess my phone, on friday they call me saying you phone is having liquid it has being taken out of gurantee you must pay us 970 something in order for us to fix the phone, so i was like that can't be possible, i know very well that my phone has never being into some liquid, so how do they expect from me to keep on paying something that i cannot use, why can't they fix my phone without claiming me some lot of money to pay, my phone is still under warranty, my phone is only 7 months old and it has a 2 years warranty, they can't do this to client, is day light robbying.
