Autopage still no refund

I have contacted Autopage on numerous occasions, received sms's stating that my refund request was sent for approval on 18 October allready, phoned 3 times this week to ask why the refund has still not been paid out, sent an email requesting the refund owed to me. Still no refund has been givin! How long does it take to get the money owed to me exactly??? POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
