I Spoke to Evodia (23/08) From sterling Debt recovery Which was very rude, after I requested information with regards to a final demand. Apparanltly my mother;s account has been handed over, without vodacom contacting all the contact numbers on the original application form. My contact details was listed on the application (0714294075) which is active unbtil today. Her rude and unprofessional behavious spurned me to ask for her manager, a Mrs Thomas. I left the message and no return call was made. The next day 24/08) I asked for a manager, and was directed to bernadine, who was so obnoxious and rude, interrupting me while i was peaking all the time, Not sure how she was appointed as a manager, but then she dropped the call in my ear. I ASK THIS, VODACOM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE YOUR CONTRACTORS TO TASK, AND I WANT THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FORM SENT TO ME AS HOW CAN YOU BLACKLIST AND TRAETHEN A PERSON WITH A FINAL DEMAND WHEN YOU HAVE NOT EXPLORED ALL AVENUES TO CONTACT SAID PEROSN, THIS IS IN BREACH OF THE NCA AND IF NOT SORTED VERY SOON WITH A CORRECTION OF THE FINAL DEMAND, REMOVAL FROM ITC AND WRITTEN APOLOGIES JUST TO NAME A FEW, TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED, NCR IS THE NEXT STEP.
