Firstly I would like to make it known that I have had nothing but pathetic service from emails to calls from Neotel staff till tonight.
I would like to thank Daniel from your technical support team in call center for fantastic service and staying on the phone with me till 22-30 even though his shift finished at 22-00. I know I am a difficult person with a short temper and for the first time in my life I climbed off the phone with a call center agent feeling like they cared about me as a person and my needs. I have been in sales and customer service all my life I know how important good service, recognition and feedback is thus the reason for my mail.
Daniel was helpful sympathetic and relaxed though out the whole call. His knowledge was outstanding. Thank you Daniel for the WOW factor in service
Please can this mail be sent out to all the call center agents and management as a example of awesome customer service and care.
