DEBITING ACCOUNT AND NO AUTHORISATION

I am writing this on behalf of my mother Nadia Staebler Acc: QV481573-0. Firstly let me start by saying vodacom has caused her nothing but distress. They have been debiting her account for something she has not signed for i.e she did not sign any contract and for more than a year they have taken money from her account. Now she has gotten a final letter of demand and its impacting her once very good credit record very badly and causing emotional distress! You guys gave her a phone 'free of charge supposedly' I have seen the Tax Invoice on delivery of the phone and it says vodacom direct gift card???!! Listen to your phone records and you will hear the consultant said it was a free gift she asked the person twice are you sure and she said yes! We demand answers and you can call her on 0714386210 or contact me via e-mail and I will forward you the doc's. This needs to be sorted a.s.a.p!!!
