Fantastic service

I would like to express my gratitude for the Service Centre at Vodaworld, Midrand. Their friendly, super-efficient staff made me believe that good service still exists and that people still have pride in themselves and what they do! I booked my faulty BlackBerry in on Sunday morning, and requested a quote. The assistant told me, in a very friendly and helpful manner, that my phone is still under warranty and they will repair it within 14 days.
By Monday morning, before lunchtime, I got a message advising that my phone's been replaced and is ready for collection. As I arrived, in my lunchtime, the queues were long, but moved quickly. I was asked if I was collecting, before it was my turn, my slip was taken and I got my phone. It was a truly awesome experience and I really do thank all the parties involved. And even though I did not take the names, I would like for their respective managers to thank them on my behalf.
