Wasting my time

I have taken my Blackberry in for repairs on Tuesday 10 December 2013.
Somebody from the shop phoned me on Wednesday morning quoting me for the repairs and I accepted the quote, but this person failed to tell me that I should go and pay in advance in order for the technicians complete the job. I was told that my phone will be ready on the latest Friday morning.
On Thursday afternoon I phoned the number on my job card and was told that the handset is ready for collection. I immediately drove to Vincent Park just to be told that the parts have not arrived yet and that the phone will only be ready for collection the following day. This morning I phoned the shop directly and one of the staff members told me that the phone is ready for collection. Again I went to fetch it, just to be told AGAIN that the part has not yet arrived.
I got a phone call 30 minutes after leaving the shop that the technicians is now suddenly unable to repair the handset.
Surely they could have told me that when I was in the shop.

I have made unnecessary trips from my office and have now lost valuable business time and my temper.

Seems that none of the staff in the shop have any idea on what goes on.
