I picked up my Peugeot 208 from Woodmead Peugeot this afternoon and would like to extend my gratitude to the team involved. Phambile was super friendly and very helpful in a myriad of ways. I put a request in to be contacted on Sunday afternoon re a vehicle I saw on the internet, and he got back to me first thing on Monday morning.By the time I went to collect my car today, he had all my favourite radio stations preprogrammed into the computer, and took the time to show me how to use my USB to access my music, as well as much other gadget-involved explaining.
A big thank you also to Phambile's co-worker (Im sorry I do not know his name), but he willingly gave up his lunch (with a big smile).
I would not be half as pleased with myself, had Chad also not shown and explained the awesome deal on the new 208 active to me when I arrived early on Monday. He was really friendly, helpful and informative and I am super chuffed I took his great advice!
Lastly, Karen Sharpe made the finance part so easy and painless it makes brushing my teeth seem complicated! Also super, super friendly and helful.
Overall, a fabulous experience, thanks to a fabulous team.
