My Iphone 4S recently started rebooting randomly and battery percentage didn't update. I contacted iFix Stellenbosch and they asked me to bring the phone in for a free quotation.
I was greeted by the friendly shop assistants which were not just answering the phones, but actually have the in depth knowledge to deal with questions and concerns. They were helpful and made me feel like a valued customer!
Noel (branch manager) took my phone in (after 4pm) and called me the next morning to confirm that it was ready for collection. I've been using the phone for over 2 weeks and extremely happy with the quality of the replaced docking connector and battery. I dropped my phone a week ago and the screen cracked. I emailed Noel and had a quotation in my inbox within the hour. I accepted the quote which was very reasonable and got my screen replaced within another hour!
Now that is good service and turn around time.
I will recommend them to anyone.
