Clearly a Virgin to After Sales

Ever since I signed my contract with Virgin, I have been continuously disappointed with the after sales support, but this time, I am utterly disgusted. I managed to get through my 2 years of contract and to my surprise, I received calls from Cell C, MTN and Vodacom about taking up a new contract with them, but nothing from Virgin about renewal. As a result, I contacted them requesting cancellation. It was confirmed that my contract would be cancelled at the end of October, but October came and went without cancellation. Virgin, obviously decided to take an extra month of subscription, but not notifying me that they were going to cancel at the end of November rather. Friday the 29th, my phone signal was cut and on Saturday the 30th, I had no credit. So, Virgin, decided to bank my unused accumulated minutes 2 days prior to the "new" and unilaterally decided on cancellation date.
This is outright - If I take an apple without paying, I'd get arrested... but you can do this and get away with it... amazing.
