I took a contract with them for a Blackberry Z10. This phone gave me problems since day 1. First it was sim card that was not working, and done 3 sim swops, then my phone freeze, while the phone is locked in my pocket its making calls, battery problems, first time device shut down with battery life of quarter, and now with half life left. Secunda branch owner committed to replace phone as a lot of complaints came in and said that I must get the go ahead from head office. I followed procedure to log a complaint. No feedback. Phoned today as I am frustrated because I use the phone for business and cant be without a phone. They want me to send the phone for inspection, so will be without a phone. The local store owner will replace but h/o wont as they got very aggressive when I red out their values, vision and customer support commitment. I am insisting to replace the phone as store owner is willing to do so. Help
