On the 11th October 2013, Vodacom delivered cellphone device that was not working, the next day on the 12th I did contact Vodacom to let them know that the phone is not working. Today is the 23rd October and they have not collected their cellphone that is not working. Iam so disappointed that such a big cellphone provider in Africa can run a mickey mouse business. All the consultants I have spoken to are incompetent as they did not let RIM people that they need to collect the phone. Thanks to Thabo Nkomo from RIM for telling me the truth that Vodacom has not provided them with the PU number. They must just come and collect the cellphone I will never use them as my provider. I don't want to wait for another two weeks. From Vodacom I spoke to Marvin, Kagiso, Zanele, Thato, Zama, Gugu Khumalo, Thando, Amanda Fafi, Ref number: 314475173.

Can they not even bother debiting my account.(Angry)
