Many phone calls later and still no finality

I changed banking details on 11/12/13 and sent all the documentation for my daughter and my account through ahead of the debit order to be run month end.
On 3/1/14 I called to inform them that the debit order hadn't been deducted. I was told with the holidays its normal and will come off.
On 6/1/14 I went to the pharmacy to fetch medicine and was told my account was suspended. I made 3 calls to Discovery and was either cut off or passed from pillar to post. Finally on the 4th call I reached Brett who undertook to fix everything immediately. He told me it was sorted and a forced debit order would be run - great! The debit order ran on the eve of 7/1/14 for both accounts on one debit order. At 11h00 on 7/1/14 I got a sms to say acc was suspended. I called to check and whilst mine was not, my daughters was still suspended. I was told they are waiting for the money to reflect. Well when one debit order is deducted then how can one acc be fine and on the other one you are waiting for the debit order to reflect. Alot of inconvenience and PT for trying to send docs well ahead of the time.
