I bought a modem last year and it only worked for a week and i sent for repair of which it took a month to be repaired i went and collected it still it was not working i sent it back for the 2nd time and it was replace with another modem, even after been replaced it was not working. then i called Cell C to lay a complain and the person who was dealing with me she just took my details and she was like they will call you back, i dont why or was it because i wanted to cancel the contract or what. can i please get help from Cell C cos i am struggling now, i cant use internet. and i dont want your contract anymore please cancel it for me. its being 2 weeks now waiting for the call still waiting nxaaa
