My Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance was sent in for repairs and the quote I received from Nashua Mobile was R3288.36. A brand new phone cost me R1699.00.
Nashua Mobile had the decency to Invoice me for R150.00 because I did not accept the Quote.
No person will ever accept a quote where the amount is double that of a new phone.
I was forced by Nashua Mobile to reject the Quote and now they expect me to pay a rejection quote.
Do not come with any excuses!!! THIS IS A AS YOU ARE QUOTING PEOPLE RIDICULOUS PRICES WHICH THEY HAVE TO REJECT AS IT IS NOT ECONOMICAL!
Deduct the money from my account at the end of the month so that I have more evidence since I lodged this complaint with Carte Blanche.
I am sick and tired of you manipulating the end users.
It is against the CPA to make T & C's which is one sided, such as the one where the consumer will be charged an amount for rejecting a quote.(Section 51 of the CPA!) If the quote was R1000.00 I would have paid.
Good luck with this, and be warned, you will have to do explaining!!!
