Hello Peter, hope you well. I am having a problem with Cellc from the time I have taken this contracts, now this is getting very frustrating now. I changed my banking details and they debit the wrong account, my account go into arrears, sorted that out and now I have confirmed my correct banking details and my bank say the debit order has gone through but cellc smses me to say my account is in arrears, my name is getting messed up cause of them, I just got declined for a credit card cause of this default on my name. I want this contract over and my number moved to prepaid so I can move to another network. Ref no. 3110404105
