I phoned Vodacom (111) now, spoke to Max, who is another incompetent Vodacom employee, who told me that Hello Peter complaints gets answered by Hello Peter and that Vodacom doesn't have a escalations department. How pathetic???
Please can you arrange ASAP - as discussed previously as well - to credit me with the R119 for October and November 2013. How can you not have thought about this? By just cancelling the upgrade is really stupid, cause how can you expect me to pay for a handset I only had for 14 days. This said, after I have spoken to 4 people, which I have the names of.
I would also please like a name and number of a higher, more competent authority as I would love to share my experience with them.
I would like this matter to be resolved for once and for all.
