I got a cell phone contract with cell c years ago and i know i did not settle my debt with them, which i would like to put behind me, but its near impossible. I called the call centre some months ago and they transferred me to the legal department, they took a lifetime to pick up so i hung up. I called again, this time i complained about holding, and they gave me the number for the legal department, which is the same line that is never picked up so that didn't work. i then got information from some debt collectors that the account was with them but that interaction turned sour because another attorney firm popped up and they said the account was with them, so naturally i didn't give my money to any of them. So... I'm stuck, I WOULD LIKE TO SETTLE MY DEBT... PLEASE
