On the 20th i called your legal department on 086 066 7783 to request banking details to settle a personal loan. The person i spoke to said that they were not allowed to give the details out and that i needed to visit a branch pay the amount in and they would provide me with a paid up letter.

i went to your East gate branch and the woman at enquirers didn't even know what i was talking about nor did she have the number to call the legal department. After i provided her with the number they then say that i need to pay the money to the debt counsellor to pay them.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT PROCESS TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT???

Had i know i would have just adjusted the amount to the debt counsellor rather than cancel the stop order.

Can someone please sent me the banking details please and don't you even think of blacklisting me for non payment!!!

i can't wait to pay this off and have your company out of my hair for good!
