Ive been trying to cancel my MTN contract for more than a week now. No one that works at MTN knows what the process is and are all pointing me in different directions. My contract ends on the 15th of November, all i would like to do is confirm that it is no longer needed and ensure that it is cancelled. If i do not get this done, they will continue to charge me for this contract.
Ive tried calling on numnerous occasions however the "Cancellations" department NEVER pick up, ive been to two different Branches in Sandton, however i have had no luck. The staff is extremely unhelpful and couldnt care less whether or not they are assisting you.
This is ridiculous!!!
