I want my Top up Airtime!!!

I have a Top Up contract for the last 2yrs with Virgin mobile. They debit my account every month on the 1st and then I get airtime 7 days later (apparently they have to clear the funds first from the bank, an arrangement I only discovered after I entered into the contract!!)But for convenience sake I stayed in the contract, I have been debited on 30 April and to date, after 2 phone calls, (the last one was Alicia who actually understood me and I could understand her), I have been promised airtime and the query was escalated and yes they updated their system and etc etc... and still no airtime? I want to cancel my contract and will ask the bank to reverse my debit order immediately this is just so unacceptable and very annoying
