MTN is such a reap off- the only thing they are good at is apologizing as they continue to bill me when I don't even have a contract with them- my reference number to my on-going dispute is 105138520. I spoke to Jacky (retantions department) on the 15.10.13 and she promised me that 7days after our conversation I will receive a cancellation letter from MTN as I requested it since I don't trust them anymore, and I will receive my refund on my FNB account for all the unpaids for them incorrectly billing my account. till date I have not received anything instead all I get is more letters telling them that I owe them. I tried ample times to call the call center but still haven't received joy- they cut their calls and never get back to me. I promised Jacky that I will not continue with my legal actions against MTN on the basis that she will email me cancellations letter and credit my FNB account with R440 for the four months they debited my accounts incorrectly, however since MTN has failed to deliver I will go ahead with the legal actions.
