After numerous calls to Virgin Mobile, I can never get through. Always holding on for 25 min and then I put down as I cant sit on the phone and wait forever.
There is a debit order of R1549.35 from my account, I need an explanation. Other months there goes of 2 debit orders and there is always some excuse. I also need to know how do I get out of this contract as I am sick of virgin mobile now.
