Hi my wife JCJ Oosthuizen upgraded her cell phone contract in June 2013. Cell no 0784044481.Up to now we haven't received the phone. Since 29 July 2013 we have sent e-mails and phone calls to Nelly dube and Tryphina mothupi No 011 6505359 email [Email Removed] The phone was delivered to unknown person Jacoline smith POD BB9320 29 July. Autopage now blaims courier and still we have not received the phone, 2X payments was already done on this contract. I reguested to speak to someone in management but my request were rejected with empty promisses everytime. They also refuse to give ref no's and only to use their names. This is a phone supposed to be used for my wifes small bussiness. And now the bussiness suffers due to this issue. The money already spend on phone calls and e-mails to try and resolve this issue is more than the contract's worth. Please can you assist as we have no other avenue to ask for help
