I do not wish to speak to anybody in your call centre. I would like a RESPONSIBLE person to forward me IN WRITING a full and final settlement of my contract so I can get rid of you.
Please do not have an incompetent person contact me. I wish to negotiate the settlement and therefore a Call centre person who is unable to make final decisions will not suffice. This is now my last attempt to settle the problem I have with Cell C amicable. After this I WILL go to the NCC.
I am waiting on a prompt response.
PLEASE do NOT phone me on the Cell C number but my contact number as provided should you need to contact me. I DO NOT have signal with Cell C where I am at hence the reason I want to cancel. However as I mentioned I do not want to speak to you. I want EVERYTHING in writing.
