Early on Saturday evening my boyfriend and I went to the samsung store in canal walk, as we are interested in a samsung tablet and cell phone. Hoping to find out information about the products, we enter a empty store with about 4-5 consultants and 1 other customer. As we walk in, the first consultant we see is watching sports on the screen and not long after he was on his phone. We walk to the devices we are interested in and play around to get a feel of the product. We were doing that for about 5-10 minutes and in all that time nobody approached to assist us. When we looked around to locate the staff, there were 2 guys behind the desk, 1 literally picking his nose, the other on the computer, a female staff member hanging over the counter chatting to the others, the other still watching tv and 1 other consultant with a customer. Eventually we walked out with a bad taste in our mouths. I'm sure they didn't didn't even know we were there, it's like we didn't exist, as there was no acknowledgement what so ever. Guess what Samsung, if this is how you operate, we are happy to take our business elsewhere!!
