I went to Cell C Sandton branch to have a problem sorted out with my Samsung Tablet. One of the consultants told me that I should go to MTN to look for the Samsung technician as he was not familiar with the device. I asked him if it was my duty as the customer to go searching for a technician whose identity I do not even know. Notwithstanding same he and his colleagues started to have a conversation about me in a different language in the hope that I could not understand them. He thereafter got up and left me unattended. At this point I approached the other two consultants, needless to say they were ALL unhelpful!
I then requested the manager's number and every attempt i have made to call I have been told he is unavailable. My suspicions are that they gave me one of their numbers (they being the consultants) instead so that I am barred from talking to the manager. Alternatively he is a very bad manager who does not return clients calls.
Save for saying I will never go back to the Cell C Sandton branch, I am at a loss for words at the terrible customer care that I was faced with at the Sandton branch!
