I tried calling MTN this morning from my cellphone and my land-line and it continues to take me right to the beginning. The automated answering system does not work and all I require is some clarity on my charges. I further sent an e-mail from their website and requested that MTN contact me, but I got a automated e-mail that has nothing to do with my query. I tried again and got the same e-mail. This is really frustrating. MTN sort your call centre numbers out!!! They do not work!!! And I still require someone to call me to sort out my account.
