I logged a complaint on sunday morning through self service sms. I received a reference number & that's it. no phone call or technician has come out as yet. How many more days before my line will be fixed. all the call centre says is a fault has been lodged, cant tell u when to expect it to be fixed. frustrating to get no answers.
