Hi,

I've been with wonga for a while not, taking out loan and repaying the end of the month, because of financial situation, for about 5 months now. After the previous month end, I payed, and i went back to the site to reapply again (I borrowed R3000).

Only to find out that new fields have been added to the application form, and after that I was declined. Now absolutely nothing has change yet this time i am declined. So i've sent them a mail saying I really can't pay 3000 and not be able to loan (like I did in the past), this means i have to get 3000 somewhere out of my @55. I didn't receive a reply back from them. So I reversed the debit order.

Now I get mail saying I owe 6000 and something, which is totally ridiculous. What is going on? I borrowed 3000, not they say i owe 6000. When i mail them back and ask for the correct amount they say I must phone them.. I said they are welcome to contact me via email or cellphone, yet they always just say I must call them back.

1. I've asked you guys numerous times to send me the correct amount (I will pay it)
2. Check you system, i should be paying back 3000 and something.
3. Fix your freakin system.
4. Improve your customer service
