This morning when we tried to log onto our booking site it showed an error. Nobody can log in. This is a booking site and I need it to work in order for my customers to make bookings. I called in at about 9 to explain my problem. They said I must send an e mail which I did. Nobody replied. I called again. They said somebody will call me or they will look into the matter. Still no reply. I have send 4 e mails now. Still no reply. Nobody even has the decency there to reply to my mails or call me back. The booking site is still not working and I am losing bookings by the minute.
