I'm happy to report that Simi (Simasiku Musengi) was the sales consultant (Vodacom Sandton) that helped us out. Besides the fact that he is friendly, approachable and has excellent interpersonal skills he is also an expert in his field.
I have never had anyone explain cellphone contracts, billing issues, money saver issues, data bundles etc. etc. to me so clearly. He even went out of his way to fix an i-pad related problem that wasn't our original concern. He followed up telephonically to make sure that our new phones are working and to enquire whether there is anything we are struggling with.
People are queuing at this shop to be helped by him! Will definitely return to that specific shop in order to be helped by Simi.
