I wish to log this complaint which is not my First, every month I have problems with my accounts with telkom, last month after lots of casses logged telkom mobile contacted me to sort my billing out, accoring to Head Office they ppast credits for me to the account and assured me its all been sorted out, what happens then they don't take money off my account and they go and Suspend my services, after been told its all sorted out, its now almost 8 hours later and I still sit with my services been cut.. How does a company operate?? Why after been told its sorted debit order doesn't go off,??? Casses logged but no feedback from anyone?? Please please explain this to me and I'm sitting on the bad end for other peoples messups. Let see how long they will be this time and this ooks to me its a monthly accruance from Telkom...
