My iPad (purchased abroad) failed and even though it was still under warranty, the iPhone Stores were unable to help me resolve my issue.
Nico from Core Group (who are responsible for the service and support of Apple products in South Africa) took full ownership and responsibility of my issue and personally went out of his way to assist in sorting out the problem I ended up with a new iPad (replacing the broken) one with absolutely no hassle.
I wish that more people can take Nico's lead and example in South Africa. A very pleasant and refreshing change.
