I sent my 27 Inch iMac for a hard drive replacement as a result of a worldwide recall, not only was the Mac delivered 2 weeks late which one can say is understandable, but the response from Core despite my regular request for updates was just a standard response when I was finally able to get a response after the part was received i was basically told you'll get your Mac when will call you, no effort at all to understand my frustration after being out of my work tool for over a month. When I finally received my machine the RAM cover was missing and the only response was that it's not us! I have complained to their online portal also to a US based company requesting feedback on the service i have received from Core but until nobody from Core has had the courtesy to follow up on my complaints.
Their service is appalling and I think Steve Jobs company should look for a technical service centre more committed to customer service to represent them here in SA!
