On the 11th of July 2012, I purchased an iphone 4s fro the istore in gateway, from day one the phone gave me problems, it over heated to such a point that one day the cover i had on the phone melted. I took the phone back to the store on 3 occasions and booked it in, eventually it was sent to vodacom who say that they will not honour the warranty as they found third party parts in the phone, only way this is possible is if core either opened and tried to fix the phone when it was booked in or they sold me a repaired phone presented as a brand new phone, I have not seen my phone since 29 December 2012, and no one wants to assist. I will never purchase any apple product from core, there is no service and they are working against the consumer protection act, i have no other alternative to now get my attorney involved in the matter.
