I had booked my iPad in at the apple centre in eastgate it was sent to core group to repair They informed me that it was out of warranty so I rejected the quote and discussed that I will send my own courier company to deliver it to me. I have emails where it was said that my item can be picked up from them as long as we have the repair number. For 2 days in a row now they told the courier company that they cannot take it due to the fact that the item needs to go back to eastgate .its given me a huge delay From side. Now that I have complained they decided that they will send it on their own cost which is very appreciated but I needed the unit back very urgent. It is still a huge delay for me. Thank uou
