I recently bough an I Pad from FNB actually in December 12, couple of weeks ago my unit started not charging and kept on switching off and refreshing. I took it Clear water I store for fixing, they could not fix the problem, they could not even update the software. Jabulile adviced me that she would sent the device in to the experts to try and fix the issue, she did point out to me that there is minor dents on some of the corners of mu unit. Two day later i was called that the unit was back at the shop and the problem was fixed. I called the Core Service Team and I spoke to guy called Tiyani and he said the unit was tested by two technicians and that the unit is fine. Got to the store the unit had the same problems, Jabulile said she will sent it back, then I called the Core team from the shop and I told them how disgusted I felt with their bad service she promised she will resolve this issue for me, then I got a call fro Eugene they technician that does not respond to emails, he told me that since that unit came back again we must replace, and i asked we are replacing based on what he said because of the dents then i asked him did he open the unit he said no but he wants to replac
