Failing to reach a conclusion for my application

It has been almost 2 months since I applied for a new Cell Phone at the mentioned store and up until today I have not recieved my product. I was told that Mtn sees me as a and I explained my situation to the person. I then gave him all the relevant documents to proved that I was victim to Identity and these documents clearly show that my record is clean and that the credit berau and the organisation that was used to me had resolved the issue after thourough investigations. I have been sent from pillar to post and have wasted almost 4 hours of my airtime trying to get to the bottom of this but with no luck. I am now considering to take my business else where, this way I know I will get much better service and prompt delivery. I hate to say this but before deciding to go to Southdowns to apply for my cellphone I had seen bad reports about this particular branch but I thought I should give them the benefit of my doubt and give them a chance. But after this I now see what people were talking about. Up until today (3 Weeks later) I am still waiting for a consultant of Mtn's Business Division to contact me.
