Call Centre Contact Numbers NOT WORKING

I have upgraded im contract for a second term which i have taken the Billion 3G/Wireless-N ADSL Router due to the fact i want internet access in my entire house by means of Wi-Fi upon receiving delivery of the Router the letter states "Should you encounter any problems at this stage, our friendly and professional (FALSE as nobody is there) contact centre is available 24/7 (FALSE again) to assist you, so feel free to call us on 087 720 2020 (which ive done so & Menlyn 087 720 0541 and Centurion 087 722 1465)".

Sasan please correct me if im wrong but do i understand this statement wrong cause i have phoned numerous times the line does not even ring its just dead - so i was just wondering since your call centre is not professionally available 24/7 for Iburst clients if you can assist me with my problem im experiencing since your call centres is NOT available as stated in the welcoming letter that the call centre is available 24/7 which in my opinion is FALSE and MISLEADING towards clients - the welcome letter should rather state Iburst Call Centre is only available during working hours and might be open after hours should Iburst feel the need to assist their clients-they dont!
