Every time I try to purchase data the following message is displayed:
"An error occurred while trying to process your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. (undefined)"
I have been having this problem for weeks now, The reason I complain on Hello Peter is because your website makes no provision for writing to support. Only phone numbers are supplied and I do not have the time to sit on the phone getting transferred from department to department.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the program... this does not work
I have restarted my PC... this does not work
The modem is in proper working order as I am currently using it to send you this complaint.
I am just unable to purchase data and therefore I am using airtime directly... this is expensive for downloads.
