Oh my goodness, how I hate this network with every fibre of my being right now. This past Monday I was sent an sms advising me that I have an outstanding bill of R3615.75 and then this morning that amount magically increased to R4673.50. In addition to this I am unable to use the 300 MB which was credited to my account at the beginning of the month.
I've been dealing with two consultants thus far. The first consultant I conversed with via e-mail was Lesley, I advised him that I was only able to correspond with him and via e-mail to which he understood. Therefore I am unsure as to why Juliano has been calling me nonstop when I clearly asked to be contacted via e-mail!
To the consultant who is going to attempt to call me back, please use some brain muscle and leave a number I should contact in order to call you back as opposed to just leaving a VM with your name.
