ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

In the beginning of December I experienced problems with my vodamail and was advised to reset it which I did. It then worked for a few days and not again. Bearing in mind the two e mail addresses in question are all business e mail addresses which are vital to the running of my businesses. It has since come to light that two of my alias addresses have been allocated to another number of which I have no idea as I did not make this change in the first place. I contacted voadcom and was advised to contact the call centre, WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE USELESS and just couldnt care. I have been passed from pillar to post trying to get some one who has the authority to access the information needed in order for me to get my e mail addresses back and Vodacom just could not care or be bothered. There response is simply get another e mail address??? Absolutely shockingservice!!! I am not able to simply forget about my e mail addresses as they are all my business contacts and are vital to the running of my business. NEVER EXPERINCED SUCH PATHETIC SHOCKING SERVICE IN MY LIFE, DISGUSTED TO SAY THE LEAST!
